Discover our 20’x20′ expansion project on screw piles. Replacing the load-bearing wall with a magnificent steel beam creates a more open structure, promoting fluidity and maximizing usable space. Engineered wood heated flooring provides thermal comfort, adding a warm, modern aesthetic. The exotic wood patio extends the space outwards, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.
The final result
Adding a fireplace with a concrete mantel provides a central heat source and an elegant focal point.
